Instructions on Tuition Fee Payment

 

The HITSZ Finance Office is responsible for collecting tuition payments. Students who need to pay the tuition or part of the tuition, according to the scholarship grade of their admission notice, must have paid the full amount by the end of registration day. Payments can be made through the following two options:

 

1. Wire Transfer

International students can make overseas or Chinese domestic bank account transfer to HITSZ corporate account. The bank account details are as follows:

Notes:

(1) Select a bank capable of cross-border RMB transfers for overseas remittance.

(2) Choose "full payment to account" with additional fees to ensure tuition coverage. Discrepancies due to exchange rates or fees will be resolved via overpayment refund or underpayment compensation.

(3) If you use wire transfer, the tuition must be transferred to HITSZ at least 15 days before the day of registration, and you need to verify the tuition at the Finance Office on the registration day.

 

2. Payment via QR code

International students may also use HITSZ Tuition Management System to complete payment on the registration day.

Steps:

(1) Please visit the tuition system (https://xuefei.hitsz.edu.cn), automatically jump to the login interface, enter the username and password of Unified ID, the username and initial password of the new students are the Student ID, the first login will be forced to change the password, please remember the changed password.

(2) Access the tuition management system's main page featuring three tabs: Personal Info (view-only), Payment Enquiry (QR-access for details), and Problem Feedback. Scan the QR code under Payment Enquiry to view payment info or enter the payment interface (pending payments) and check payment details (completed payments). Electronic receipts are available.

Note that payments by credit card or foreign currency are not accepted. No cash will be accepted on site.
