入住须知
一、宿舍内各项活动应当遵守国家法律法规以及《哈尔滨工业大学深圳校区学生公寓住宿管理办法》等规章制度,服从校方及物业服务单位管理。
二、禁止私接电线、禁火禁烟,禁止使用蜡烛、蚊香、艾灸等明火或焚烧物品。如发现火情、治安或刑事案件以及安全隐患、可疑人员等,应立即采取有效应急措施,保护现场,并及时报告物业、学院、校区安全保卫处并协助处理。严禁存放一切易燃、易爆、毒害性、放射性、腐蚀性物质等危险品、禁止在公寓范围内抽烟、乱丢烟头,禁止在公寓内存放纸皮、烟花等易燃、易爆物。
严禁在学生公寓使用以下电器:
(一)热得快、电炉、电热毯、电热水器、取暖器等电热设备以及无自动断电保护装置的电器;
(二)禁止使用功率超过1500瓦的电器;
(三)电饭锅、电磁炉、烤箱、电热锅、电饼铛等炊事用电器;
(四)无国家级安全认证的电器等其他存在安全隐患的电器。
三、严禁堵塞、占用消防疏散通道,严禁遮挡、挪用、损坏或者在非紧急情况下动用消防设施设备。不得触碰或遮挡火灾探测器、消防喷淋等。学生公寓禁止携带电动车电池进入,禁止停放电动车或为电动车充电以
及存放电动车电池。
四、爱护公物,保持公寓楼内的设备完好;维护好配置给个人使用的家具等物品,爱护学生公寓内外环境及设备设施,保持良好的宿舍环境卫生,若造成损坏的按公示计价赔偿。
五、禁止高空抛物、随地吐痰、乱丢果壳、纸屑等杂物,公共场所内不得堆放杂物。禁止将物品摆放在窗户外沿、阳台边。
六、不得在公寓范围内进行经营活动,学生公寓公众范围内不得进行传教、宗教聚会等宗教活动。不得在公寓内进行任何违法行为。公寓实行来访登记制度。接访学生有责任提醒和要求来访人遵守规定,服从管理。如访客进入宿舍造成不良后果,接访人须承担相应责任。
七、严禁在寝室学生公寓内进行打球、踢球、轮滑等各种活动;严禁跳舞、打麻将、赌博、起哄闹事、摔打物品;严禁在公寓内喝酒。请自觉维护公寓治安秩序,服从验证检查,发现情况及时与校方、物业服务单位沟通。
八、请自觉保持公寓内及周边的环境卫生,避免制造噪音,退房时须将房间打扫干净、保持整洁,共同维护良好的居住环境。不得私自装修,不得改变、破坏房屋结构和功能,不得私自改变设备设施的位置和功能。
九、住宿学生不得在非紧急情况下进入学生公寓内限制区域(包括天台、公共区阳台、强电间、弱电间、管道井、电梯机房、水箱间、空调机房等区域)。
十、严禁在公寓内饲养宠物。
十一、住宿学生疑似患有或者患有《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》明确规定的传染病的,应当主动向所在学院报告,并服从相关住宿调整安排。学生发现学生公寓内有疑似患有前款所述传染性疾病的人员,应当及时向所在学院及总务处报告。

Check-in Instructions
I. All activities in the dormitory should comply with national laws and regulations as well as regulations and systems such as the "Accommodation Management Measures for Student Apartments at Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Campus", and obey the management of the school and property service units.
II. It is prohibited to connect wires privately, prohibit fire and smoking. Candles, mosquito coils, moxibustion and other open flames or burning items are prohibited. In case of fire, public security or criminal cases, as well as potential safety hazards and suspicious persons, effective emergency measures should be taken immediately to protect the scene and report to the property management, college, and campus security department in time and assist in handling. It is strictly prohibited to store all flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive, corrosive substances and other dangerous goods. Smoking and littering cigarette butts are prohibited within the apartment area. It is prohibited to store flammable and explosive materials such as cardboard and fireworks in the apartment.
The following electrical appliances are strictly prohibited in student apartments:
(1) Electric heating equipment such as quick heating devices, electric stoves, electric blankets, electric water heaters, and heaters, as well as electrical appliances without automatic power-off protection devices;
(2) Electrical appliances with a power exceeding 1500 watts are prohibited;
(3) Cooking electrical appliances such as rice cookers, induction cookers, ovens, electric pots, and electric baking pans;
(4) Electrical appliances without national-level safety certification and other electrical appliances with potential safety hazards.
III. It is strictly prohibited to block or occupy fire evacuation passages. It is strictly prohibited to cover, misappropriate, damage or use fire-fighting facilities and equipment in non-emergency situations. Do not touch or cover fire detectors, fire sprinklers, etc. It is prohibited to bring electric vehicle batteries into student apartments. It is prohibited to park electric vehicles or charge electric vehicles and store electric vehicle batteries.
IV. Take good care of public property and keep the equipment in the apartment building in good condition. Maintain the furniture and other items allocated for personal use. Take good care of the internal and external environment and equipment and facilities of the student apartment and maintain good dormitory environmental hygiene. In case of damage, compensation shall be made according to the publicly announced price.
V. It is prohibited to throw objects from a height, spit everywhere, and litter fruit shells, paper scraps and other sundries. No sundries shall be piled up in public places. It is prohibited to place items on the outer edge of windows or by the balcony.
VI. Business activities are not allowed within the apartment area. Religious activities such as missionary work and religious gatherings are not allowed in the public areas of student apartments. No illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. The apartment implements a visitor registration system. The receiving student is responsible for reminding and requiring the visitor to abide by the regulations and obey management. If a visitor enters the dormitory and causes adverse consequences, the receiving person shall bear corresponding responsibilities.
VII. It is strictly prohibited to carry out various activities such as playing ball, kicking ball, roller skating, etc. in student apartments. Dancing, playing mahjong, gambling, making a commotion, and throwing items are strictly prohibited. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Please consciously maintain the public security order of the apartment and obey verification and inspection. If any situation is found, communicate with the school and property service unit in time.
VIII. Please consciously maintain the environmental hygiene inside and around the apartment and avoid making noise. When checking out, the room must be cleaned and kept tidy to jointly maintain a good living environment. No private decoration is allowed. The structure and function of the house cannot be changed or damaged. The position and function of equipment and facilities cannot be changed privately.
IX. Accommodated students are not allowed to enter restricted areas in student apartments (including rooftops, public area balconies, strong electricity rooms, weak electricity rooms, pipe shafts, elevator machine rooms, water tank rooms, air conditioning machine rooms and other areas) in non-emergency situations.
X. It is strictly prohibited to keep pets in the apartment.
XI. If an accommodated student is suspected of having or has an infectious disease clearly stipulated in the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases", he/she should actively report to the college where he/she is located and obey the relevant accommodation adjustment arrangements. If a student finds a person suspected of having the infectious disease mentioned in the previous paragraph in the student apartment, he/she should report to the college and the general affairs office in time.
