Annual Salary:
     Between 500 thousand to 1 million RMB

A wards & Subsidy: Those who earn the title    of “Experts of the Shenzhen Peacock Plan” will receive an extra subsidy of    1-1.5 million RMB after tax.
            Housing Subsidy (competitive application): Those who earn the title of “The Leading Talent of    Guangdong Province” will receive a housing subsidy of 1 million RMB after    tax.

Special Funds for Researchers (competitive    application): Those who earn the title of    “The Leading Talent of Guangdong Province” will receive special working funds    of 5 million RMB by the Guangdong provincial government.
            Special Project Funds for Research Team (competitive    application):
     Special funds of 10 to 100 million RMB will be granted by the provincial    government to a top-level research team which earns the title of “ Innovative    Research Team of Guangdong Province”
     The Shenzhen government will provide up to 80 million    RMB to an “ Innovative Research Team of Shenzhen” which meets the    research demands in the region.
     Teams that have earned the title of Innovative Research Team of Guangdong    Province will also receive additional funds from the Shenzhen government    which will match no less than 50% of the original funds granted by Guangdong    Province.

Members of “Recruitment Program for Global Young    Talents”:

Annual Salary: 500,000 RMB
           
            Living Allowance: A living allowance of 500,000RMB (after tax) will be    provided by the Central Government

Excellent Postdoctoral Fellows

Annual Salary: 32,000-45,000USD(pre-tax)
     About 200,000 to 300,000RMB(pre-tax)
