[Announced by Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen] (Xie Lianghui/Text, Photo) On May 14th, Marcus Aldén, Academician of Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, Academician of Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering and professor of Lund University, visited Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen.

Marcus Aldén said that Lund University was one of the top 100 universities in the world and the largest comprehensive university in Sweden. His research fields with his academic team covered from the basic research of laser material interaction to the industrial practical application of laser and spectral diagnosis technology. He has undertaken many world-class scientific research tasks, and has had in-depth contact with Chinese scientific research teams in his work. He hoped to build a cooperation platform with Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen to jointly promote the integration of production, education and research.
