From July 4 to 10, 2019, Professor Wu Delin of Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen led a delegation to visit Lady Margaret College, Oxford University, England, and signed a memorandum of cooperation. During his visits to Imperial College London and Technological University Dublin in Ireland, he held discussions with representatives of British alumni of Harbin Institute of Technology and more than ten alumni studying at Cambridge University.
