[Announced by Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen] (Wu Yunkai/Text, Photo) Recently, the "Micro-Nano Optoelectronic Information System Theory and Technology" Key Laboratory of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen realized the dynamic and reversible regulation of titanium dioxide structural color, and used the super-structured surface to enhance photocatalytic efficiency for the first time, providing new ideas for energy utilization and environmental governance. The research paper TiO2 metasurfaces: From visible planar photonics to photo chemistry was published in the internationally renowned academic journal Science Advances (impact factor: 12.804).
Wu Yunkai and Yang Wenhong, Ph.D. students in 2017, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, are co-first authors, Professor Xiao Shumin and Professor Song Qinghai are co-correspondent authors, and Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen is the only completion unit and correspondent unit.
