[Announced by Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen (General Text/Photo)] On November 22nd, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering announced the list of elected academicians in 2019 successively. Professor Duan Guangren of Harbin Institute of Technology was elected academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, while Professors Cao Xibin and Ma Jun were elected academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering. So far, the number of academicians in our university has increased to 39 (including sharing).
